We’re a firm of chartered certified accountants and registered auditors, with an office on Kimpton Road in Luton. We provide accountancy, tax, audit and business advisory services to limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, company directors, landlords and individuals across Luton, Dunstable and the wider Bedfordshire area.
We’ve been going since 2009. We’re regulated by the ACCA, and we’re registered auditors, which means we can sign statutory audit reports that Companies House, lenders and investors will accept. Our partners bring more than 40 years of combined experience from Big 4 and Top 10 UK accounting firms, and that experience is available to Luton clients directly rather than through a referral.
We work with owner-managed businesses, startups and established companies, as well as individuals who need help with a self-assessment return. Whichever it is, you’ll deal with a named accountant from the first meeting to the filed return, and the fee is agreed in writing before any work starts.

Our Luton office is at Morton House on Kimpton Road, around a five minute walk from Luton Airport Parkway station, which runs fast services to London St Pancras as well as Thameslink trains through central London. There is public parking on Kimpton Road a few minutes away. We also offer remote meetings by video call for clients who prefer to work online.

It depends on the work, but we quote a fixed fee in writing before starting and we don’t bill by the hour. A sole trader self assessment sits at one end and a statutory audit at the other. The first consultation is free and you’ll leave it knowing the number.
Yes, and it’s a routine process. We write to your existing accountant for professional clearance and the handover records, and in most cases, you don’t need to do anything beyond confirming you’re happy for us to proceed.
For financial years beginning on or after 6 April 2025, a company can usually claim audit exemption if it meets at least two of these three conditions: turnover of no more than £15 million, balance sheet total of no more than £7.5 million, and no more than 50 employees on average. Watch the start date, not the year-end. A company with a 31 March 2026 year-end is still judged on the old £10.2 million and £5.1 million limits, because that year began on 1 April 2025. FCA regulation, group membership, shareholders holding 10% or more, or a requirement in your Articles can all trigger an audit regardless of size.
