Nazish is a Senior Audit, Tax & Accounting Lead at MMBA, with more than a decade of experience. Her foundation is in audit. She is trained at BDO International, where she spent nearly four years leading statutory audits under the firm’s global methodology, IFRSs, and ISAs, for clients ranging from international development agencies to manufacturers and banks. That assurance discipline shapes how she works today.

She leads UK statutory audits under UK GAAP and FRS 102 and oversees the preparation and review of financial statements across UK GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP. She also advises on management reporting, valuations and M&A, and R&D tax relief claims.

Between audit and UK practice, Nazish held senior FP&A roles where she reported directly to and partnered with C-suite leadership (CFOs, CEOs, VPs, and the Board) leading consolidation, budgeting, and major ERP implementations across multiple markets.

• She advises on management reporting, valuations, M&A transactions, and R&D tax relief claims.
• She partners with senior leadership and boards on consolidation, budgeting, and ERP implementations across multiple markets.
• She is highly proficient across Oracle (Fusion, Hyperion FCCS and EPBCS, EPM), Power BI, and Tableau.
• She is actively developing expertise in AI applications for finance by applying emerging tools to improve audit data analysis, automate routine reconciliations and reporting, and strengthen forecasting and management insight.
