Our Central London team is made up of qualified, experienced chartered accountants who are dedicated to helping your business grow and stay compliant. The London office is led by director Waqqas Memon who is the principal contacts for clients at MMBA’s Central London office. They are supported by Kamran Inayat and Lauren Ives.
The team has built a strong reputation with clients of all sizes and across a wide range of sectors, delivering proactive accounting, tax and audit advice at fees that represent genuine value for money compared to the larger firms in Central London. Our directors hold FCCA chartered status and personally lead our audit, FCA and crypto tax work, so you always deal with someone senior who knows your file.

Choosing the right accountant in London is not just about compliance. It is about finding a team that understands your business, responds when you need them and gives you advice that actually moves things forward. That is what MMBA delivers for businesses across London.
From day one, a single named accountant handles your business, not whoever happens to be free that week. You never have to re-explain your situation to someone new.
Every query gets a response within one working day, as standard. You are never left waiting on an email or chasing for an update.
We provide strategic tax advice to help you claim all available reliefs and improve your overall tax efficiency. Our team stays on top of changing tax law, so you do not have to, and acts early rather than reacting after the fact.
No hidden costs and no surprise bills. We agree your fees upfront for compliance work, so you always know what you are paying for and never have to think twice before picking up the phone.
Missed filings and late submissions lead to HMRC penalties and unnecessary stress. We keep track of your deadlines for you, so your returns, accounts and VAT submissions are never left to the last minute.
As ACCA registered auditors, we provide the transparency and assurance that FCA regulated firms need from their accountant. We understand the additional scrutiny regulated businesses face and build that into how we work.
We offer a full range of accounting, audit, tax and advisory services for businesses and individuals across London.
We have extensive experience working across a wide range of industries, giving our clients sector-specific advice rather than generic accounting support.

Bookkeeping involves recording daily financial transactions like sales, purchases and expenses, while accounting goes a step further by analysing, interpreting and reporting that data to help guide business decisions.

Look for a firm of ACCA or ICAEW Chartered Accountants, with relevant sector experience that provides a named point of contact rather than a call centre. Check their Google reviews and ask for a clear fee structure before committing.
It is straightforward. Once you give us the go-ahead, we contact your current accountant, request your records and handle the handover for you. We then set up your software and register with HMRC as your agent. Most of the work sits with us, not you.
A chartered accountant holds a qualification from a recognised professional body such as ACCA or ICAEW. That means strict standards on training, ethics and ongoing competence, plus professional indemnity cover. It is worth confirming your accountant holds this before you commit, as anyone can call themselves an “accountant” without it.
