Danial Sajid

Danial joined MMBA in 2019 and has since become a senior member of the firm’s accounting and advisory team. A graduate of the University of Hertfordshire, where he achieved a First-Class Honours degree in Accounting and Finance, Danial is now on the verge of qualifying as an ACCA professional.

With over six years at MMBA, Danial has developed extensive experience in preparing financial accounts, finalising VAT returns, and ensuring full tax compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients, including Sole Traders, Limited Companies, and Publicly Listed entities. His analytical precision and commitment to high standards ensure clients receive accurate, timely, and strategically valuable financial insights.

Alongside his expertise in traditional accounting, Danial has built a strong specialisation in the Technology and Cryptocurrency sectors. With more than five years of hands-on experience in the crypto space, he has developed a deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital asset accounting, and the complex regulatory landscape. This enables him to support clients in navigating crypto-related financial reporting, taxation, and audit challenges with clarity and confidence.
Within the Tech industry, Danial’s proficiency in managing R&D tax relief claims has been particularly valuable. He works closely with innovative startups and established technology firms to identify eligible activities, maximise legitimate claims, and ensure full compliance with HMRC requirements. His ability to combine financial expertise with an understanding of cutting-edge technologies makes him a trusted advisor to MMBA’s tech-focused clients.

Outside his professional role, Danial is passionate about market analysis and emerging financial technologies, continually expanding his knowledge beyond traditional accounting disciplines. He also channels his competitive energy into regular 5-a-side football, reflecting the teamwork, focus, and drive he brings to every client engagement.
